Influence is our 55,000 blue pig purchase from PT from Justin Day. Coming out of the light cross division he was certainly a highlight at PT and was our choice of the boars there offered to use here in Chalmers. There has been a lot of excitement waiting for the first ones to arrive and even just a few hours old they are very very impressive. This pig has been a genuine, consistent, high quality pig all of his life. We believe Influence is gonna be able to add bulk, spread, with the different kind of presence/proportions it takes to win. It’s plain and simple when they are built like Influence, no matter the color they have a real chance to win in the show ring. We like this animal and has been very popular for those through so far
